02Booking & Payment
All travel arrangements, including tour packages, car rentals, and tickets, are subject to availability.
- A partial or full deposit may be required to secure a booking.
- Prices are subject to market fluctuations until the final confirmation letter is issued.
03Cancellation & Refund
We understand that plans change. However, our cancellation policies are dictated by the service providers we partner with (hotels, airlines, rental fleets).
Standard Tours
Varies between 20% to 50% deduction depending on the notice period.
Car Rentals
Free cancellations usually available up to 24 hours prior.
04User Responsibility
It is the traveler's absolute responsibility to ensure all travel documents, including Passports, Visas, and Health Certificates, are valid and ready for their journey.
05Limitation of Liability
While we strive for perfection, Perfect Tour & Travels shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, accidents, or delays caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen "Acts of God" (Force Majeure).
